Thursday (May 18) is Father’s Day. On May 12, AUGN dedicated a music video to their track of the same name, in which they show us what the day means for the masked duo: “Drink like real men!”
In the music video, the two of them stick their heads out of the open roof of a Twingo and drive a Greta Thungberg satire in front of them. AUGN consciously use a wide variety of male clichés in order to make fun of them.
AUGN have been holding up a mirror to German society in their own way since the end of 2022. They let the protagonists speak through their texts. The double debut of the artist, whose identity is top secret, was only released on May 12th. ME author Josef Winkler was able to convince AUGN: he gave the project five out of six stars in his review.
After their appearance at c/o Pop 2023, the duo will have two more concerts in May – on the 25th in Hamburg and on the 30th in Berlin.
