A new edition of FESTIVAL MEAT!, It will be held on Saturday May 13 and Sunday May 14, from 12 to 11 pm, with free admission. The gastronomic fair dedicated exclusively to meat and barbecue in all its modalities, will offer various activities and fun for all ages. In addition, of remarkable gourmet dishes in its numerous food trucks.
Palermo Hippodrome, with access from Avenida del Libertador and Dorrego, it will once again host the culinary encounter. Visitors who come to the Hippodrome will find themselves withwith more than 30 stands and food trucks that will offer various and exquisite dishes, with various cuts of meat in all its varieties.
In this regard, roast meats and their different cooking methods will be the stars of this festival dedicated to the greatest icon of our national culinary identity. Among the proposals there will be Creole grill, kamados, stokers, smokers, beef, pork, lamb, offal, chorizo and vegan options.
Also, to complement, sIt will offer empanadas, picadas, meat-based dishes, disco cuisine, wines, Rabieta beers, ice creams and traditional desserts. In addition, the public will be able to vote to choose the best dish in a fun contest in which all the stands at the fair will participate. With the curiosity, that among all those who agree on the choice of the winner, baskets of products provided by Milkaut will be raffled.
For the little ones, at the fair there will also be attractions for the little ones: soft square, didactic games, plastic activities and ingenuity games. The event took place at the Palermo Hippodrome on four previous occasions, with the attendance of more than 50,000 people. In case of rain, the meeting will be suspended and will take place on Saturday, May 20 and Sunday, May 21, at the same time.
