Hernán and Alejandro, how were the beginnings of your project and for what purpose did you carry it out?
We are cousins and twelve years ago we decided to start our own businesses, we wanted to be entrepreneurs and owners of our company.
But it didn’t happen that way, because we lived for the business, we didn’t manage it, but the business managed us. We made many mistakes that led us to stagnate for a long time without being able to advance, grow and expand our business model.
There was no other solution but to learn. So, we trained by taking many courses in Business Coaching, International Coaching Master’s, entrepreneurship, Marketing strategies, planning, finances, building high-performance teams, leadership, among others.
We changed our mentality and way of thinking, we had growth in personal development, as well as our businesses, and we were trained to carry out the task of business owner, leaving aside being self-employed. From that moment we began to have another perspective in the development of a business.
We came to the conclusion that we are not the only ones who need training to get out of self-employment, to grow and expand business models. There are many entrepreneurs or SMEs that are stagnant and living for the business, without time to be with the family, many times without being able to take a vacation, because if they do that their businesses stop having income and are not automated.
What services do you provide?
We want to help all of them, based on our knowledge and lived experiences, being a shortcut for all of them and eliminating the long road that we had to travel to become business owners, having more freedom of time and greater financial freedom. Of course, it is what every entrepreneur looks for when starting.
We decided to create HF Asesoramiento and be able to provide this advisory service to all those who need it and we put a monetary value so that they can value all the knowledge that they are going to take to apply to their businesses, because many times everything that is free is not values and does not apply.
What are the challenges ahead?
Our wish for the future is to be able to realize many success stories in businesses of entrepreneurs and SMEs, a large number of them expanding their business models, growing and obtaining their freedom of time.
