During a raid on a flat on the Ekselerbrink in Emmen, the police arrested a 34-year-old man from Stadskanaal and a 37-year-old man from Emmen last night.
The reason for the raid was a report that a person in the flat allegedly had a firearm.
Officers found an air pistol and a melee weapon in the flat. The police are investigating further.
