For children between the ages of 1 and 12 who suffer hopelessly and unbearably and will die in the foreseeable future, it will soon be possible for our northern neighbors to end their lives. It concerns a small group of children, about five to ten children a year, who are terminally ill and whose palliative care options are insufficient to alleviate their suffering.
