Thorgan Hazard is looking for coaches for Belgian Red Court in Waregem
Thorgan Hazard caused a furore between 2012 and 2014 as a game divider at SV Zulte Waregem, which just missed the title in 2013. To top it all off, he also received the ‘Golden Shoe’ in 2014.
Modern mini football temple
Although Hazard comes from La Louvière and currently plays for PSV in Eindhoven, Waregem has won a special place in his heart. That is why he is taking on the ambassadorship of the Belgian Red Court. A modern mini-football temple will open within a few months at the sports complex of Essevee in Waregem, which should bring young and old together.
Two football crazy candidates
Thorgan Hazard and the national football association are now looking for two football-crazy and at the same time socially engaged young people in Waregem to supervise activities at the Belgian Red Court. Together with coordinator Flor Coussement, they will work on a voluntary basis to transform the Red Court into a local football Valhalla that further enhances the sense of community.
In consultation with the coordinator, they discuss how much time each coach should set aside per week. The activities will focus on both the general development of the participants and the technical skills.
