The implementation decree of the taxi decree was annulled by the Council of State on 30 March 2023. This is the result of a petition for annulment from the taxi sector, the cabinet of Flemish Minister of Mobility Lydia Peeters (Open Vld) reported on Wednesday. The annulment means that no more permits and driver passes can be issued.
