In the second division, AFC lost 2-1 to Spakenburg at home. “De Blauwen” lost 2-1 to PSV in the semi-final of the KNVB Cup on Wednesday. Now they were the winner on a visit to AFC. Floris van der Linden scored the winner for the visitors in the second half. Gladwien Curiel had to leave the field with a red in the 30th minute for the team from Amsterdam.
Katwijk won 1-0 against HHC Hardenberg and therefore passes AFC. The Katwijkers are the new leader in the second division, followed by AFC.
Koninklijke HFC won 3-2 at Rijnsburgse Boys and is now seventh. OFC won 3-1 against Jong Volendam, but remains close followed by Jong Volendam.
