Joachim Löw was responsible for the German national soccer team for 15 years. The ex-national coach has been without a job for almost two years. That could change soon. The 63-year-old is said to have a very prestigious job in store.
In the summer of 2014, Joachim Löw achieved his masterpiece as national coach: in the legendary Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, the national team won the World Cup title under his direction.
The 1-0 final win over Argentina with a goal from Mario Götze in extra time was preceded by what was probably the craziest game of the Löw era for the DFB team: the 7-1 win in the semifinals against hosts Brazil.
If you believe “Bild” and “Sport Bild”, Löw, who announced his resignation as German head coach after the messed up EM 2021, could take up his next coaching position with the opponent at the time.
According to this, Löw is squinting at the job with the Brazilians, who were looked after by Tité until the World Cup in Qatar and where former Bundesliga professional Ramon Menezes will be on the sidelines intermittently in the upcoming international match against Morocco. Löw can well imagine taking over afterwards and coaching the Selecao permanently, it is said.

How good Löw’s chances of the spectacular commitment really are, however, is in the stars.
Recently, numerous well-known football teachers have been traded in Brazil, including Carlo Ancelotti (currently Real Madrid) and even Pep Guardiola, who, however, extended his contract with Manchester City a few months ago until the summer of 2025.
One thing is clear: the South Americans, who were once so spoiled by success, are thirsting for titles. Brazil last won a World Cup in South Korea and Japan in 2002, after which they only had three successes in the Copa America (2004, 2007, 2019).
