Dachser buys in Australia and New Zealand (PHOTO)
Kempten (ots) – With the takeover of the air and sea freight forwarder ACA
Internationally, Dachser is expanding its own Air & Sea Logistics (ASL) network
six locations “down under”
Dachser has acquired ACA International, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
With the acquisition, Dachser completes its own aerospace and
Sea freight network in the economically strong and also closely with
Asia, Europe and North America interconnected countries Australia and New Zealand.
ACA International employs 56 people and generated one in 2021
Turnover of around 75 million euros. The air and sea freight forwarding company was founded in 1982
established and is privately owned. ACA International offers its
Australian and New Zealand customers integrated, international
transportation services. The company places a strong focus on quality,
Competence, innovation and cooperation and relies on commitment
modern information technologies.
The company’s headquarters are in Melbourne, Australia, with two additional offices
are available in Sydney and Brisbane. In New Zealand, ACA International is based in Auckland,
Wellington and Hamilton represented. In addition, the company has
another branch in Kansas City, USA. ACA International is also in
present in the Greater China region. The Chinese locations are, however
not part of the acquisition, as Dachser has had customers in China for
2003 with own locations.

ACA International has been managed for 14 years by the experienced aerospace and
ocean freight logisticians Adam Cruttenden, Glenn Hall, Mark Weeks and Hervey Graham.
Adam Cruttenden will assume the role of Managing Director ASL Oceania.
