There are first photos and also a short video of Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn on the set of “Joker: Folie à Deux”. However, they do not show the singer and actress in the typical Harley Quinn costume, but probably, if Todd Phillips’ script adheres to the comic book template, at a point in time shortly after she has fallen for the Joker and begins to break away from the law-abiding life say goodbye. The clip shows her, wearing a coat and a gray cap, throwing a heavy object through a window pane.

On February 15, the 36-year-old shared a first film still on her social media channels, showing her and Joaquin Phoenix – who, like in the first part (“Joker”, 2019), play the eponymous Joker, Arthur Fleck becomes. On December 10 last year, director Phillips posted a first photo of Phoenix’s return to his Oscar-winning role.

Folie à Deux is reportedly becoming a musical. Nothing is known about the script so far. The film is slated to hit theaters on October 4, 2024.
