House prices will rise in all Drenthe municipalities in 2022

In Drenthe, house prices in all municipalities rose last year compared to house prices in 2021, according to figures from the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) and the Land Registry. This is the average selling price per municipality.

In the municipality of Tynaarlo you paid the most on average for a house in 2022. House prices also rose the fastest in that municipality.

In Tynaarlo, an owner-occupied house sold for an average of 485,600 euros last year. In 2021 that was 411,600 euros. This equates to an 18 percent price increase.

In the municipality of Emmen, an owner-occupied house sold for an average of 295,500 euros, which is the lowest price in Drenthe on average. It is an increase of 12.8 percent.

Prices rose the least in the municipality of Aa and Hunze. After an increase of 3.6 percent, prices there average 408,000 euros.

There is no municipality in Drenthe in the top 10 municipalities with the highest average sales price in the Netherlands. There is also no municipality in Drenthe in the top 10 of municipalities with the lowest average sales price.
