In Moscow over the past year, three district centers of public services “My Documents” have opened in an updated design, and one more this year. Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of the capital for social development, spoke about this.
“It is important for the city that residents feel comfortable in public service centers. Therefore, we are not only constantly expanding the list of services, but also renovating offices, making them more convenient, spacious, and brighter. Over the past year, we opened three My Documents district offices in a new design and one more this year,” the Vice Mayor said.
We are talking about the centers in Troparevo-Nikulino (South-Western district of Moscow) and in Otradnoy (North-Eastern district of the capital). Both centers have moved to new premises. The multifunctional centers of the Western Degunino (Northern Administrative District of Moscow) and Alekseevsky (North-Eastern Administrative District) districts receive Muscovites after a major overhaul.
“Citizens are greeted with a modern interior in the offices, the spaces of the premises are divided into functional zones, even more comfortable conditions have been created for people with limited mobility. In addition, in 2021 we opened two new flagships – in the South-Eastern and Northern administrative districts. Today, the mayor of the capital signed a decree, according to which this year we will open the flagship center of the North-Western District. We also plan to carry out repair work in 26 My Documents offices,” the deputy mayor said.
