Legal cohabitation is no longer automatically broken by marriage to another

A legal cohabitation will soon no longer be automatically broken when one of the partners marries another person. This is the result of a bill by CD&V Member of Parliament Koen Geens that today received the unanimous green light from the plenary session of the House.
