Speaking after the swearing-in ceremony held in the presence of the TFF Board of Directors, MHK President Lale Orta said, “First of all, I would like to thank them. We have formed our board from experienced names who are well-known by the football public for their services in the referee community, and from people who have contributed to Turkish refereeing with their successful refereeing backgrounds and who we believe will add dynamism to our board with their knowledge. “I would like to start by thanking all our friends who served before us. We need the support and positive contributions of all stakeholders in football, every member of the referee community,” he said.
“OUR PRIORITY IS TO CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT OF PEACE AND CONFIDENCE TO ENSURE THE HIGH-LEVEL PERFORMANCE OF OUR REFEREE”
Noting that they started to work in the middle of the season and that the referee camp has just been completed, Orta said, “Our primary goal is to create an atmosphere of peace and trust that will enable our referees to perform at a high level in all competitions until the end of the season. We will try to give you positive ideas about what we will do in the future with the touches we will make in this process. We will try to do important works for the future of arbitration and to make our big dreams about Turkish refereeing accepted by the public, with the positive atmosphere that will be achieved today. We are an experienced referee-based board with experience. The strengths, weaknesses, troubled areas, expectations of the public. “We know the debates over the referees. We attach great importance to the support that all football stakeholders will provide to us in this task given to us,” he said.
“OUR PRIORITY IS TO TALK ABOUT FOOTBALL, NOT REFEREE IN TURKEY”
Underlining that they will achieve good things, Lale Orta said, “It is our priority to talk about football, not the referee, in Turkey. We are aware that the success of our referees on the field will contribute significantly to the brand value of Turkish football. No one should doubt that we will try to minimize mistakes. “We will make efforts to make it stronger mentally. We will strive for better representation of Turkish refereeing in the world arena. Names will be symbols, and the constant success of Turkish refereeing will be our goal,” he said.
” MY APPOINTMENT IS AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT WHAT TURKISH WOMEN CAN DO IN ALL FIELD OF SOCIETY”
Orta once again thanked TFF President Mehmet Büyükekşi and the board of directors for appointing him to be the head of the Central Arbitration Committee as a woman in the 100th anniversary of the Republic, saying, “I am aware that this task is very meaningful and important. “This is an important message about what Turkish women can do in all fields of sports and society, not in their fields. I consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to work with managers with this valuable vision.”
“TOGETHER WE WILL WORK HARD AND CARRY THE REFEREE COMPOUND TO BETTER PLACES”
Thanking all her friends in the Central Arbitration Committee for accepting the task, Lale Orta said, “I have full confidence that we will achieve success together. Our referee friends should know that we will be in good communication and solidarity with them. We will work hard together and carry the referee community to better places. After we get it on track, we will share with you very important information about our future vision.”
