The Italian fashion retailer Fabiana Filippi SpA has a new boss. On Wednesday, the knitwear specialist announced the appointment of Aldo Gotti as CEO. In this role, he is now responsible for “the brand’s positioning strategy, accelerating economic growth and global development,” the company said in a statement.
Gotti was most recently General Manager at Italian online retailer Modes. Before that, he had held various management positions at the fashion group Prada Group and Stella McCartney over the course of his career.
“We thank Aldo for taking on this position at a time of great change for our company,” said Giacomo and Mario Filippi Coccetta, founders and owners of Fabiana Filippi, in a statement. “We are confident that his proven experience in the luxury industry together with a strong innovative approach and the professionalism of our management team will help to achieve the best possible results in strategic positioning and international development”
