Jaimie Vaes responds to the fact that Yvonne Coldeweijer leaked the telephone conversation in which she requests the juice queen to throw her car door video online. “It’s not that chic.”
It is all incredibly painful for Jaimie Vaes: after a year it becomes clear that she herself leaked the video in which Jorik Scholten (Lil Kleine) apparently assaults her with a car door to Yvonne Coldeweijer. The corresponding phone conversation has now been thrown online by Yvonne because of Jaimie’s joking.
Dyantha calls Jamie
What does Jamie think of that? She has given an exclusive response to Shownieuws presenter Dyantha Brooks, whose lover Mick de Vlieger hates Yvonne’s working method. “We wondered a lot this morning at the morning meeting and then I thought: let me just ask her myself,” she says in the show section.
The presenter continues: “It is a lot of emotion that plays a part. I literally asked her: ‘Why didn’t you send the images to the police, but to a Yvonne?’”
Desperate act
What does Jamie say to that? She quotes the reality star: “I was so high in emotion and actually this was just a way for me to escape. I honestly didn’t think this would be a police case. I haven’t filed a report either. It was really just an act of desperation.”
Patty Brard: “So an emotional decision, really?”
Dyantha: “Yes, and a lot of things had already happened and now she was like: this is the last straw. If I send this out now, there is really no turning back.”
No regrets
Does Jaimie regret leaking the footage? “I think we shouldn’t underestimate that maybe that’s what Jaimie needed. She says: “Friends and family have been saying for years to leave and go for a better situation. But you love someone, you stay and if you share this with the whole of the Netherlands, then you really can’t go back.’”
Jaimie continues (via Dyantha): “Looking back on it now – it may sound crazy – I would do it again today. When I look at what kind of woman was sitting there and how emotionally broken she was and how strong I am now, then I just did the right thing, because I had to get out of that situation because I shared it with Yvonne and therefore with the whole of the Netherlands .”
Not chic
How does Jaimie feel about Yvonne leaking the phone call? Dyantha: “Of course she doesn’t think it’s all very chic, at all how all the juice is shared, but she hasn’t commented much on that. She is just happy that it was a big stick for her in this way.”
Jaimie says she can find herself in a article from Amayzine editor Wieke Veenboer. This lady writes: “I hope Yvonne apologizes to Jaimie. She helped her with the video, as a woman to woman, but that enormous urge to get her ‘right’ really transcends everything.”
