The new year starts with a series of processes. Here is an overview.
Monday
► 9 a.m., room 2092: Maja W. (24) is said to have been involved in four street blockades by the “last generation” in March and June last year.
► 1 p.m., room 500: Omar J. (42) is said to have been the head of a gang of drug dealers who are said to have sold cocaine around the clock from Neukölln in 2020.
Tuesday
► 9 a.m., Hall B305: Alexander S. (35) and Sven L. (33) are among others charged with aggravated extortion robbery. They are said to have hit an employee in a bar on Frankfurter Allee in January last year and stolen the cash register with 330 euros. Background: Instead of vodka, water is said to have been served.
► 9.30 a.m., room 739: Harun E. (28) is said to have attacked a pub in Wedding in November 2019 and sprayed a witness with powder from a fire extinguisher. Loot: 6100 euros.
Wednesday
► 9.15 a.m., room 501: Lasha B. (30) is said to have broken into a total of five apartments across Germany between 2015 and 2022, including in Berlin. The defendant is also charged with three attempted break-ins.
► 9.30 a.m., room 606: Kai H. (36) is said to have traded drugs by the kilo between 2020 and 2022.
► 9.30 a.m., room B219: Moyam B. (26) is said to have repeatedly attacked and injured passers-by. The defendants are accused of 16 counts between June 2021 and January 2022.
Thursday
► 9.15 a.m., Hall B143: Lina E. (24) is said to have been involved in a total of five actions by the “Last Generation” in 2022, including the damage to a masterpiece in the Berlin Picture Gallery on August 25th.
► 12 p.m., room 3108: Karim R. (38) is accused of commercial fraud. The member of a well-known Berlin clan is said to have received social assistance, although it “had substantial cash reserves”. Around 24,500 euros should therefore be confiscated.
Friday
► 9 a.m., Room 606: Cem Ö. (32) is charged with aggravated robbery. He is said to have stolen a man’s mobile phone on Landsberger Allee in September last year.
► 10.30 a.m., room 5109: Christian B. (41) is said to have been involved in eight street blockades by the “last generation” in January and February last year.
► 11.30 a.m., Hall 2007: Kevin H. (23) is said to have been involved in two street blockades by the “Last Generation” in February last year.
► 1 p.m., room 504: Manuel Z. (36) and Nikolai Zi. (31) are said to have traded drugs by the kilo in 2020. In May 2020, the accused Z. is also said to have bought a Kalashnikov, including ammunition, that is subject to the War Weapons Control Act.
