of top strikers dropped from – still the pre-favourite

In the league, TPS tries to continue its winning streak at the expense of KalPa.

The most interesting game of the day

TPS and KalPa are currently the best teams in the league. The ball club is on a streak of three consecutive three-point wins, and correspondingly, it’s been more than a month since KalPa’s last three-point match.

The different development of the teams can also be seen more widely in their recent results. TPS has won seven of its eight previous matches and KalPa, on the other hand, has lost eight of its previous nine matches. In terms of expected goals, KalPa has basically been a bit unlucky in its last matches, but still the team’s trend is clearly downward right now.

In addition, the team traditionally collects more goal expectations than goals themselves. TPS is exactly the opposite case compared to KalPa in terms of expected goals; usually it is able to exceed its expectations. Still, there is not much of a flap down in its key figures.

In the composition sections, neither team gets into the evening’s match from ideal starting points. Compared to the previous match against Ilves played a couple of days ago, TPS has lost two key attackers, while the ones ranked second and fourth in the team’s internal point exchange Aarne Intonen and Anthony Rech missing today. Fortunately for TPS, they just scored a hat trick against Ilves Scott Kosmachuk has recovered from his long injury.

In the Junior World Championships, TPS is a striker Kalle Väisänen and defenders Jimi Finland and Aron Kiviharju. As far as the defense is concerned, Palloseura still makes it to tonight’s match with a strong crew.

KalPa also has quite a lot of absences. Offensive players are missing Kai Kantola as well as those in the U20 games You’re holding on, Oliver and Const. In addition, they are gone Severi Immonen and Elias Koponen. They leave a gap in the defense Saku Salmelan and Jesper Mattilan the interventions.

In terms of betting, I’m in favor of TPS with three straight wins here, although of course Veikkaus is also the most TPS-friendly on the market. Technically, the best bet is TPS’s final win with a coefficient of 1.58.

Regarding the teams’ extended matches, it is worth noting that Turku’s balance of six wins out of seven is the best in the League. Accordingly, KalPa has won only four of its ten extended matches. TPS–KalPa starts at 18:30.

The best betting tip of the day

Wednesday’s best bet search is the big favorite from Mesti. The Latvian Zemgale has gradually found his place in the Mesti hierarchy. The team has become a jumbo in the standings – for good reason.

From the beginning of autumn, Zemgale’s lively rushing and being unknown to other Mestis teams still bore fruit, but gradually the team’s style of play, strengths and weaknesses have become familiar, and currently the Latvians are already on a losing streak of five matches.

JoKP, on the other hand, may not have found the right place in the standings yet. In their last matches – despite two losses – JoKP has been really good in terms of play. With similar performances, it can be assumed that it will rise from the middle caste to closer to the top of the series. I see the level difference between Zemgale and JoKP really big.

From a betting point of view, the Zemgale–JoKP match is exciting because, relatively speaking, the best return from the successes of the people of Joensuu comes from a normal 60-minute win, even though the coefficient for that is a seemingly small 1.45. JoKP’s low smoothing coefficients are not particularly palatable. Zemgale–JoKP starts at 18:30. The most palatable case in the league is the 1.85 offered for Jukurie’s regular time win against SaiPa. This match also starts at 18:30.

The most interesting of the new early odds is definitely the promised 1.92 for Saturday’s Brighton – Arsenal match over 2.5 goals. The offer is about a tenth above the average market and I think this will very likely drop before Saturday. My estimate for the over is 53 percent.
