Was also active for St. Pauli
Youba Diarra is leaving Red Bull Salzburg for good after four years. As the series champion of the Austrian Bundesliga announced on Tuesday, the central midfielder LaLiga club FC Cádiz, with whom he signed a contract until 2027, is joining. The 24-year-old came to Salzburg from his home country of Mali in January 2018, but was never able to assert himself and only played nine games. He was loaned out five times, including to FC St. Pauli in 2019/20, where the loan ended prematurely due to a knee injury. His working paper in Salzburg originally ran until 2024.
