Galatasaray continued the preparations for the second division of the Spor Toto Super League, which was suspended due to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The yellow-red team, which was in the camp in the Belek Tourism Region of Antalya’s Serik district, worked under the management of coach Okan Buruk.
According to the statement made by the yellow-red club, the closed-door training started with a dynamic warm-up. The training, which continued with 5 to 2 pass practice in three groups, ended with tactical work.
Captain Fernando Muslera, who is in the World Cup squad of the Uruguay National Team, attended the camp and had his first training with the team.
Milot Rashica, Emre Taşdemir and Hamza Akman, who passed through the injury, started working with the team.
Mathias Ross, one of the football players whose treatment continues, accompanied by a physiotherapist, Sergio Oliveira and Yunus Akgün worked both on the field and in the hall separately from the team.
Galatasaray will continue its work tomorrow with a friendly match against Lazio, one of the Italian 1st Football League (Seire A) teams.
