The Spanish performance will have a total of 70 plans that will be made by 14 cameras

Carlos Higes already has his performance ready in Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022 with ‘Miss’. The representative of Spain went up on the stage of the Karen Demirchyan in Yerevan (Armenia) this Friday to carry out the second individual rehearsal of his number, which stands out for the attitude of the junior artist, more energetic and daring, and his perfect vocal execution.

“The truth is that I had a great time. We have made three passes and the third has been a beast, I had a great time. I am super happy and, as everyone tells us, the important thing is how we feel on stage and what we transmit,” Carlos Higes said in a press release sent by RTVE to the media.

Accompanied by Mauro, Juan Diego, Adrian and Felipe, and dressed completely in white, Carlos has left very good feelings in this second test in which he has had 30 minutes over at the Karen Dermichyan to make the last adjustments to the scenic proposal of the Austrian Marie-Sophie Kreissl, which includes a good number of close-ups by Carlos Higes to convey the joy and personal charm of the Valencian artist through the screen.

The staging of Spain is a modern proposal that, according to the creative director’s concept, aims to make the performance look like “a video clip& rdquor ;: “Carlos will act with dancers and, on stage, they will look like a boyband. Dressed in modern suits, they will contrast perfectly with some rather dark LED content,” he explained.

On these giant screens, viewers will be immersed in a world of neon, green, magenta and blue colors, straight lines and, to make it more playful, elements of palm trees: “The famous challenge ‘Miss-challenge‘ and other elements of the choreography will also be danced by huge shadows of Carlos on the LED screen. The lighting setup and tubes around the stage complement the large LED screen and enhance the accents of the song to make it even more energetic,” Marie-Sophie has detailed. In addition, the staging includes pyrotechnic surprises that will invite the viewer to join the party moment and that will multiply the high points of the song.

fourteen chambers and around 70 plans, combining very fast transitions in some parts, with slower ones in the bridge to capture Carlos’ emotions, define the Spanish performance, which includes split-screen effects and six animated dancers who will join Carlos and the dancers on stage as overlays.

Carlos’ personal charm and smile will be very important to achieve a balance between the amazing choreography and the wide shots that will show the public of the Karen Demirchyan venue joining them in the three minutes of partying.
