How does the scoring work?
The scoring works as follows: if you predict the exact result correctly, you get 10 points for it. If you correctly predict which country will win the duel, or that the duel will end in a draw, you will receive 5 points for that. The points of all predicted matches added together form your total score and determine your position in the general classification. The points you get with your predictions per match day determine your position in the round standings.
Extra points
Extra points (10) can be earned if you predict the correct first goal scorer on behalf of Orange during the matches of Orange.

How are things going in the knockout stages?
For the matches in the knockout phase (from the round of 16) you have to predict the result after 90 minutes. Any extra time and possible penalty shootout do not count! During the knockout phase, the points you can get are doubled! This applies to predicting the result as well as predicting the first goalscorer of Orange.

A nice extra is that you can also play with and against your friends. Set up your own league of friends and challenge your family, friends and colleagues. Compete with each other and who knows, you might win the friends league at the end of the World Cup and you will therefore prove to be the best World Cup predictor. Start as many friend leagues as you want. All friend leagues with a minimum of 5 participants automatically participate in the national friend league ranking.
Great, but what exactly can I win?
That’s overwhelming. A small selection:
• The winner of the national general classification wins an OLED television from Sony.
• The number 2 in the national general classification wins a Boretti Gas Barbecue Addizo.
• The number 3 in the national general ranking wins the Book series ‘The best 11 Orange players’.
• The best friends league wins a Krups Heineken SUB.
• If you correctly predict the first goalscorer of the World Cup match against Orange, you have a chance to win a travel voucher of 1000 euros at Football travel.
