Another couple left the Dancing with the Stars competition.
This time the Dancing with the Stars competition was left behind by an actor Mikko Nousiainen his dance teacher Kerttu Nieminen with.
The duo opened the horror-themed Sunday with their violent but visual dance. However, that and the previous week’s points were not enough to keep them in the competition.
– The week has been mentally heavy. I feel better the most. Strangely relieved, Mikko commented on his fall.
– Mikko has been a great student, a moved Kerttu summed up.
Mikko recently commented to Iltalehti that his feelings are good.
– This has been a great autumn, a great trip, he summed up.
– Agree. I was expecting a great experience, but this has been even better, Kerttu commented.
He was seen for the first time this autumn as a TTK teacher, but it may be that there will be a continuation in the coming seasons.
In addition to dancing, Mikko has learned even more about the power of teamwork:
– This program has reinforced the idea that nothing can be accomplished alone.
Mikko names jive as his favorite dance.
– But I have learned to appreciate all dances, even samba, he adds.
Mikko injured his calf at the beginning of the TTK season and had to miss one live broadcast. Now the leg is fine, but something about the injury remained in the back of my head:
– It left some fear states, I didn’t dare to do everything to the fullest. A bit of a haunting about what’s next, achilles tendon or something else.
Mikko has not been on a scale, but he believes that he has lost weight by sweating.
– At least I have gained more muscles, says Mikko.

This week’s scoring happened differently than usual.
The points consisted of the points accumulated during the previous week’s Pink Ribbon episode and tonight’s points. The couples got extra points for a group task called Horror Sauce, where the contestants dance salsa in two teams.
The performances made an impression on Jorma Uotinen, who praised the groups’ performances towards the end of the program.

Benjamin Peltonen and Saana Akiola got the winning points for the group task, who were also named the best couple of the evening.
In the semi-final starting next week, four couples will dance, each of whom will perform two dances.
