It will take at least a few weeks before people who have previously been banned from the social medium Twitter are allowed to return, says new owner Elon Musk. Twitter has in the past blocked accounts of people who incite hatred or are suspected of inciting violence. Former President of the United States Donald Trump, among others, is therefore not allowed on Twitter.
