And it is that the Plaza de los Blocs de La Floridathe usual place where the rapper records his video clips, belongs to the neighborhood of The Plans of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat and it was outside the area where the artist was prohibited from entering, which, as the magistrate initially ruled in the order of precautionary measures to which this newspaper had access, was the entire neighborhood of La Florida.
Thus, from the outset, the resolution prohibited Morad -until a final judgment is handed down for the crime he is accused of or the judicial process ends- “from entering and remaining in the neighborhood of Florida & rdquor;which excludes the Florida Padssquare located in the neighborhood of The Plansadjacent to La Florida and both part of the District IV of the great Catalan city. Finally, this morning the judge in an explanatory order has rectified the perimeter in which the singer cannot access. According to sources familiar with the case, the police sources involved in it had interested the prohibition of entry of Morad solely and exclusively to the perimeter surrounding the Plaza de los Florida Pads, area where they usually carry out their activity.

As confirmed by police sources, the misunderstanding has spread to the legal agents involved in the case and a request to correct the resolution was quickly launched, which, a few hours later, has been produced.

The artist’s defense points to the fact that, with about twenty people present at that time, only the singer is identified, who has had several run-ins with the police in the last year. Precisely one of these, which occurred in Cornellà last July, was shelved by the judge on Tuesday October 25.
According to the police, Morad, once the music was turned off and the group dispersed, confronted the municipal agents who came to attend to the protests of the neighbors.
