Scientists call for urgent climate aid for Africa: “Of utmost importance for the whole world”

The richest countries in the world, the main ones responsible for global warming, must step up their support for African countries, where the climate crisis causes hundreds of thousands of deaths and illnesses every year. That call was launched on Wednesday in some 250 scientific and medical journals.
