Story paparazzo Edwin Smulders is busy with all those trips from celebrities to Ibiza. Last year he already traveled with André Hazes Jr. and Sarah van Soelen to photograph them extensively there and this time Leontine Ruiters and her new sweetheart John Huiberts were followed extensively on the Spanish island. The new edition of Story is full of them.
Hard of stack
The fact that Leontine and John pose extensively for Edwin shows that they have no problem with it. In fact, according to Yvonne Coldeweijer and RTL Boulevard, Leontine invited the paparazzo herself.
This is incomprehensible, according to Privé editor-in-chief Evert Sankrediets. “I think she’s going strong. That gentleman was recently with his wife and children on the same island and that was just before Leontine had a photographer friend come to the island to capture the new happiness,” he sneezes in the podcast Strict Private.
“You’re not 18!”
Evert finds it a bit childish that Leontine allows herself to be photographed so extensively by the competitor. “I can imagine that Leontine wants to shout it from the rooftops, because he is a nice man and an attractive match and also a very good match, but you are not 18.”
He concludes: “It seems that you now really want to show off something to think of: I’ve had very hard times and now everyone can see that things are going well again.”
Guido responds
Story boss Guido den Aantrekker criticizes the suggestion that Leontine begged for attention from paparazzo Edwin. He condemns the statements made about this in RTL Boulevard.
Guido: “Haha, this gossip. They really have no idea at RTL Boulevard. Emailed me directly for the photos of course. Should have asked John right away. Not daring, I suspect.”
