A high content, but still a small beer compared to the 5.5 per mille that she recorded the year before. “And she didn’t even show signs of drunkenness at the time,” the prosecutor said. “This defies all imagination.” “It is a bit regrettable that the police did not inform her after her release that she had to be careful and not get into the car,” said her lawyer. The police judge sentenced the woman to a 1-year driving ban, a fine of 3,200 euros, an alcolock and to pass her driving exams, medical and psychological tests again.
