Here in Seghwaert, nine new-build city homes will be built

Opposite the Seghwaert shopping center is a small new construction project. The plans for the nine single-family homes have been made, but the start of the sale has not yet been announced.

The nine houses will be built at the intersection between the Parkdreef and the Vissendeef. It concerns three types of houses, all with a roof terrace on the south and on the second floor. They will have an industrial look with large windows and a private parking space in front of the door. The city houses are built energy neutral, so with a heat pump and solar panels. Good for the wallet! The asking prices vary between 440,000 and 515,000 euros.
