Eintracht was caught off guard in the continuous rain in Braunschweig on Monday evening. After just seven minutes, the Lower Saxony team fell behind after a header from Frederik Lach, which Jan-Hendrik Marx unluckily deflected into his own goal. The shock was deep with the “Lions”. Against the very concentrated defending guests, the Lower Saxony initially had great difficulty creating chances. A lot at the BTSV remained piecemeal until the middle of the first round.
