Pink clothes, blonde hair and lots of glitter. Of these, singer Tuure Boelius, 21, has been remembered over the years. Many could rub their eyes this week when new pictures of the singer appeared on social media.
The color of the youth’s hair had turned black and the glitter had fallen off. The pictures showed a more mature Tuure than before.
– This is my real hair color. In the course of six years, I went up to twice a week to lighten the basal growth, because I wanted to be blonde, the singer recalls to Iltalehte.
So what brought about the style change?
– I had grown out of such a pink world. I realized it when I was once going on stage in full tälling. I looked at myself in the mirror and realized that I’m not that guy anymore.

Tuure reveals that she had to hide her new style during the summer so that the “surprise” would not be revealed.
– For more than two months, I always wore a cap and a hoodie. It was a bit hot summer, he laughs.
Music as a passion
On Friday, the singer released two new songs, Escape car and We just danced. The songs deal with betrayal and difficult relationships.
Tuure, who once came to the public as a trumpeter, feels that music is currently the most meaningful way for him to express his own thoughts.

– I’m not interested in anything other than music and I have all the stakes in it.
According to Tuure, the years in the public eye have taught him to filter criticism. In the singer’s opinion, the most important thing is to trust in one’s own work and in oneself.
– I am more confident than ever before. My music sounds like me now. These are the first steps of my new coming.
