The gas price rose again today, after it had already risen to just above 200 euros on Tuesday. The leading Dutch TTF future was quoted at the close of the market at 222 euros per megawatt hour (MWh). So it seems that the proposals made by the European Commission earlier today failed to really calm the gas market.
