Turkish Football Federation Legal Consultancy; Alanyaspor and Adana Demirspor were referred to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK) due to field events and Ankaragücü for ugly and bad cheering and acting against the instructions.
The decisions taken by the Legal Counsel are as follows:
“1- Due to the “field events” in the CORENDON ALANYASPOR-MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Spor Toto Super League match played on 09.09.2022, it was decided to transfer CORENDON ALANYASPOR Club to PFDK in accordance with Article 52 of the Football Discipline Order.
2- In accordance with the 53rd article of the Football Discipline Order due to the “ugly and bad manifestation” of the MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Club in the CORENDON ALANYASPOR-MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Spor Toto Super League match played on 09.09.2022, and in accordance with the Football Discipline Order due to the “contrary to the instructions” With Article 46, it was decided to send it to PFDK in accordance with Article 10/2 of the Super League and TFF 1st League Broadcasting Instructions.
3- ADANA DEMIRSPOR INC. Club’s ADANA DEMİRSPOR A.Ş.-TRABZONSPOR A.Ş. Due to the “field events” in the Spor Toto Super League competition, it was decided to send it to PFDK in accordance with the 52nd article of the Football Discipline Order.
