The speech opens a door to the inner world, sounding between words a whirlwind of pain, confusion, doubts, emotions and passions.

What is everyone looking at?

Each person sees a different world, according to their internal universe: “there are as many worlds as there are possible looks”.

A look is colored by history itself, impacted by unexpected events that shake and mark.

These constellations of brands, stories and the same, are giving rise to a unique universe: subjectivity.

In those moments when “subjectivity hurts”, some people feel that they cannot do it alone, and seek help, coming to the doctor’s office.

Little by little, we work with each patient, and doors open that allow those emotions that hurt to be named, connecting to words that, when said, are resignified.

“Renewed look

That other look that is built in the psychological care space enables the patient to feel that it is possible to live without so much cost.

It is a process that will not be overnight or easy, because connecting with one’s own desire takes effort.

By respecting internal times, acknowledging desires, and letting go of what doesn’t feel like your own, a sense of balance begins to gain a foothold in the inner world, and it feels wonderful!

I invite you to reflect:

Do you want to be locked in that way of looking at the world in which you don’t have a good time, feeling that there is no way out?

Or do you want to open new doors to look different?

What do you see when you look?

Keep in mind that it is possible to look at yourself differently, breaking learned mandates in search of what is yours.

Rebel against what is imposed, encouraging you to look out a window with new airs of dreams, passions and hope.

A phoenix bird look flies over your interior, a renewed look.
