Last year SkyAlps started with winter flights from Zaventem. This is the site of the Maatschappij for Antwerp. Van there will serve the maatschappij de hele Benelux, want ze biedt also geen vluchten meer aan uit Rotterdam.
“He is very close to vluchten vanuit Antwerpen naar ItaliĂ«”, says CEO Eric Dumas van de Antwerpse Luchthaven. “Met deze route mikken we also op inkomend tourism. We want Antwerpen and Vlaanderen also bij de Italianen aanprijzen as citytripbestemming.”
SkyAlps will be scheduled for December 21 and mid-April three times a week with small flights, with 78 passengers, to Bolzano flights. The city in Zuid-Tirol is known as a gateway for the Dolomites, a popular winter sports region.
