FC Stade Rennes has made a long-term commitment to its top scorer from last season. Left winger Martin Terrier signed a new working paper valid until 2026, as the Bretons announced on Wednesday.
The 25-year-old joined Rennes in 2020 for €12m from Olympique Lyon, where he is now the most valuable player in the squad with a market value of €25m. In Ligue 1, only five professionals who don’t play for PSG have a higher market value than the attacker. Since the transfer, Terrier has scored 31 goals and 15 assists in 87 appearances for the club, including 21 goals in last Ligue 1 season alone, where he became his club’s top scorer.
