In order to acquire more heritage, the Flemish government is reforming the inheritance tax. Anyone who pays part of the inheritance tax with “cultural goods” will be rewarded for this. The new decree states that the pieces count for 20 percent more than their market value. That writes Het Nieuwsblad.
