The commissioner attached to the Deputy Directorate of Operations (DAO) of the National Police, Jose Manuel Villarejotried to deceive the then number two and current director of the National Intelligence Center (CNI), Esperanza Casteleiro, and number three, responsible for international terrorism, Rafael SP, with the false information that Corinna zu Sayn-Witgenstein, ex-lover of Juan Carlos I, recorded a conversation that he would have maintained with the director of the CNI, General Félix Sanz Roldán. Villarejo bragged about it at a meal held on October 6, 2015, in which the then director of the Intelligence Center Against Terrorism and Organized Crime (CITCO), José Luis Olivera, also participated.
Villarejo contacted Juan Villalonga, a personal friend of Corinna’s who lives in Monaco -former president of Telefónica de España at the time of Prime Minister José María Aznar- and got the first of three meetings with Juan Carlos I’s ex-lover: two in London and one in Monaco.
In the first, held at Corinna’s house, in Eaton Square, in the garden square of the Belgravia neighborhood, one of the most expensive to buy a home in the United Kingdom, the ex-lover of Juan Carlos I narrated, on April 13, 2015, before the commissioner -then active- and his friend Villalonga the alleged acts of harassment by the CNI and General Sanz Roldán in Monaco and London. He pointed out that agents from the security company ALGIZ Mónaco had entered his duplex -on the 17th floor, with a terrace facing the sea, and that the video cameras of the building have recorded that entry in which Spanish agents of the CNI would have participated-, in an operation carried out weeks after the visit made by General Sanz Roldán on May 5, 2012 in his room at The Connaught Hotel, in the London neighborhood of Mayfair, where he lived while his house was being rehabilitated.
Villarejo explains that he is going to have an upcoming meeting with Sanz Roldán and asks Corinna for any details that she can tell him so that the general will be terrified.
-“When the general entered the Connaught, the hotel cameras recorded him. My lawyers have the video. And then came the entrance of the security agents in Monaco, which was also recorded in the building & rdquor ;, Corinna explained.
-“Too bad you didn’t record him”, Villarejo anticipates (minute 52.32 of the audio). Let’s say you recorded him & rdquor;
-“Look, I’m not- Corinna replies without being able to finish the sentence (minute 52.37). It is that I am not & rdquor ;.
-“But to all intents and purposes, Corinna, you have recorded. Get that into your head. That exist. Because only you know that, you (addresses Juan Villalonga and me). And I haven’t seen anything. And you have it & rdquor ;.
That Villarejo-Sanz Roldán meeting did not take place. But on October 6, 2015, that is, six months after being received by Corinna, the commissioner participated in a meal organized by his friend, José Luis Olivera, director of CITCO (Intelligence Center against Terrorism and Organized Crime). and former director of the UDEF (Economic and Financial Crime Unit), with the secretary general of the CNI or number two, Esperanza Casteleiro, and number three, Colonel Rafael SP, head of the international terrorism division.
Doubts about the information
Olivera, the man of the match and wishing that Villarejo, Sanz Roldán and the CNI – dangerously confronted – smoke the pipe of peace, introduces the topic of Corinna, emphasizing the quality of her friend’s informationwho, if the DAO did not provide all the clues that it usually obtains, would be “dry”.
-“If Villarejo says he has heard a conversation [entre ella y Sanz Roldán]It is clear & rdquor ;, warns Olivera (from minute 8.06).
And the commissioner introduces his blood sausage in this way: “Rafael says [el coronel del CNI] nonexistent [la grabación]because he has a team [que así lo afirma]. Damn mother & rdquor ;. Olivera adds: “He will have mounted it & rdquor ;. But Villarejo does not yield. Here are the pirouettes he does to keep his message going.
“There will have been a montage. I have listened for a few minutes, or she has made a montage, she works a lot with the English and has some fucking relationships and is talking to Hillary Clinton. Man me the voice of Felix [Sanz Roldán] I don’t know her, I’ve heard her once on TV. But I have never spoken to him. They tell me this is the conversation, I have heard & rdquor ;.
Sources close to Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein consulted by EL PERIÓDICO DE CATALUNYA, have indicated that “This recording does not exist and this invention is another example of the web of lies about it to cover up misdeeds & rdquor;.
Corinna’s lawyers wrote a letter on March 5, 2019 to the head of the House of His Majesty King Felipe VI, in which they pointed out, in section number 8 of the extensive letter, the “harassment and intimidation” of Juan Carlos I, CNI and Sanz Roldán.
threats
“General Sanz Roldán has threatened our client and her family, both in person and through an undercover operation in 2012, ordered by the [ahora] king emeritus, in which our client’s home and office in Monaco were occupied by armed guards of the Monegasque security company ALGIZ. Our client has records that show that this occupation was coordinated by General Sanz Roldán, with written confirmation from him that he was acting on instructions from the king with the excuse of ‘protecting’ Corinna. The real purpose of the operation was to seize all the documents in the possession of our client that had the effect of implicating the then King of Spain and other members of the royal family in financial irregularities…”
At the aforementioned meal on October 6, 2015, Colonel Rafael SP tacitly admits when Villarejo mentions the sending of “those mercenaries”, saying: “The Monaco thing you say, that was a long time ago (minute 9:37). And Villarejo specifies: “It was just a few months after the hunt (of elephants, April 2012, in Botswana) & rdquor ;.

Sources close to Corinna, whose lawyers have prepared an arsenal of evidence for the trial in the High Court of Justice of England and Wales for harassment against Juan Carlos I, know who financed the operation of the ALGIZ agency.
“The truth is going to come out, including who paid to harass Corinna.” they pointed out yesterday to EL PERIÓDICO DE CATALUNYA. Look where, ALGIZ is a word that comes from the Viking runic alphabet, one of its characters whose meaning is “protection & rdquor; or “in good hands”.
