The Russian army has started recruiting volunteers for its war in Ukraine. That’s what the British secret service says. The recruits, men up to 50 years old with at least a high school diploma, are offered lucrative bonuses. The headquarters of this new unit will be Moelino, a town near Nizhny Novgorod, a city east of Moscow.
