An empty cargo ship flying the flag of Barbados has arrived in the Ukrainian port of Chernomorsk near Odesa. This was announced on Saturday by the Ukrainian Minister of Infrastructure Aleksandr Kubrakov. It is the first ship to pick up grain in Ukraine since the start of the war.
