Anyone who follows the reality soaps around the Meiland family a bit will know that Martien is already moved by uncorking a bottle of wine. It is therefore not surprising that he could not hold back his tears at the wedding of his daughter – for any father, by the way. His white handkerchief would have been completely soaked with Martien’s tears.
Under the sounds of The Book of Love Maxim was escorted to the altar by Mother Erica. Martien and sister Montana witnessed the bride, who wore a traditional, almost fairytale-like dress with a long veil. Leroy was dressed in a light blue three piece suit with white shoes underneath.
Leroy (30) and Maxime (26) have been together for two years and have a daughter, Vivé, who was born in September 2021. Maxime also has a daughter from a previous relationship, Claire. In March of this year, cameraman Leroy proposed to Maxime.
