Autumn 2022 trends – we present the 10+1 most important ones

The upcoming fall fashion coverage will bring, among other things, glitter clothes, sweatpants, maxi skirts and opera gloves. We collected all the clothing items, from which the most fashionable will put together a current and trendy fall wardrobe for themselves next fall.

1. Power suit

The most current and easiest outfit combo for autumn is to put on a power suit. Whether you choose to wear a casual and oversized suit that looks borrowed from the men’s wardrobe, or a combination of a minimal, bolero-like jacket and tight pants: when you walk the autumn streets in a power suit, you can be sure that you are dressed up-to-date.

2. Glitter clothes

This autumn, sequined, lamé and glittery clothes sparkle the competition. Rohkein wears glitter clothes also in everyday life and in the office, and doesn’t save her glitter outfits only for festive weekend outings.

3. Maxi skirts

A phenomenon we already wrote about earlier. The hem of the skirt was lengthened in one fell swoop: after the long reign of mini and midi size, the maxi skirt looks surprisingly free.

4. Puddle pants

As we reported earlier: ground-swept trouser legs are now a casual and fashionable choice, although not a very practical trouser model, especially when the autumn rains start.

5. Maximalism

We already wrote before how well stripped down minimalism: maximalism, voluminous clothing and inventive layering are back in fashion.

6. Gothic and grunge aesthetics

Black and dark outfits breathe elements of gothic and grunge aesthetics such as vinyl clothes, lace and buckle details, black lace and leather.

7. Opera gloves

We already wrote before how this surprising accessory has made its way from evening dress events to more relaxed occasions. Everyday opera gloves are flexible when you pair them with, for example, a simple basic top and jeans: a surprisingly functional outfit combo.

8. Interesting choice of jacket

The most up-to-date coat choice for the coming autumn and especially winter is a plush faux fur or kels coat. In addition, among other things, pilot jackets with a shiny surface and inventive attitude trench coats are the most fashionable choices for autumn jackets.

9. Romantic

Gentle frills, lace and romantic bow details were visible again in the autumn collections for a long time. In pastel shades, of course.

10. Bright highlighting colors

Many of the brightly colored clothes of autumn seem to have borrowed their hues from the color map of the cross-outs. Bright pink, green, turquoise, yellow and orange clothing and accessories bring a refreshing change to autumn’s usually dark-toned clothing with Takuu.

11. Jeans

Denim fabric is at the center of fall fashion in 2022. The jeans have various logos, prints and three-dimensional pearl decorations on the surface. In addition to trousers, the most current dresses, tops and skirts are now made of denim.
