Motorcyclist shot dead on the street in Diksmuide

The shooting happened around nine o’clock on the IJzerdijk, between the Schoorbakkebrug and the Tervaetebrug. The public prosecutor and the police are on site, and an investigating judge is also at the scene of the shooting incident.

Who the motorcyclist is, and why he or she was shot will have to be revealed later. It is also unclear who is behind the shooting.
