With an estimated turnover of 1.45 billion euros (1.43 billion Swiss francs) in 2021, the Zalando.ch shop leads the top 15 of all Swiss online shops. It is followed by Digitec.ch and Amazon.de (including the marketplace), with the latter having a turnover of just 825.5 million euros (840 million Swiss francs). The Chinese online retailer Aliexpress.com is in seventh place with 380.6 million euros (375 million Swiss francs), with this shop being the only one on the list to have shrunk in sales, while all the others grew or at least stagnated.
The only other pure fashion retailer in the top 15 is hm.com/ch, which generated sales of around 162 million euros (160 million Swiss francs) in 2021 and thus came in 14th place. Ikea (plus 185 percent), Galaxus (plus 180 percent) and H&M (plus 113.5 percent) grew the most during the last two years of the corona virus.
