They are said to have raped their victim (35) in an unimaginably brutal way. Alternately. Again and again. At the start of the process, however, the two men are too cowardly to show themselves!
The hearing before the regional court began on Monday. The accused – cook Ervin K. (25) and painter Jurgen B. (23) – hid until the photographers had to leave the room!
►The evening of August 4th, 2021: According to the prosecutor, the two accused Albanians were among the guests in a café on Oranienburger Strasse (Wittenau). For waitress Saskia L. (35, name changed) it’s a normal late shift.
►What happens then is described by the prosecutor’s indictment as follows:
Shortly before closing time, she wants to check the toilets when a man suddenly blocks her way back to the guest room. He tries to kiss her. It’s Ervin K. The waitress fights back violently, pushing the attacker away.
Suddenly there is another man: Jurgen B. She has no chance against either of them. She is pushed to the ground. One pulls her jeans, leggings and panties off her body. The other locks the toilet room door. Then the men fall upon them. Saskia L. tries desperately to wriggle out, kicks around, cries, begs. She has to continue to endure the horror – lying down, kneeling, standing.
Your whole body hurts. She begs, “Let me go.” Even promises not to tell anyone. But the perpetrators have no mercy. Until there is a loud knock on the door from outside – the police.
►The defendants themselves are silent on the allegations. A police officer who was at the scene of the crime says as a witness: “The woman was totally upset. It was difficult to communicate with her. ”She sat huddled in the anteroom. The make-up on her face smeared with tears. The toilet was totally destroyed, the cistern torn off. And water everywhere.

And the accused? Were aggressive when arrested. And screamed that they hadn’t done anything.
