Novak Djokovic is the king of Wimbledon again. The championship was his fourth in a row and seventh overall.

The number of Grand Slam tournament wins is now 21. The top player in the statistics has withdrawn from the tournament before the semifinal stage Rafael Nadal 22 with his GS championship.

Djokovic hit in Sunday’s final Nick Kyrgios set 4–6, 6–3, 6–4, 7–6.

Kyrgios won the opening set with seven aces, but Djokovic just started his engine, just like in the semifinals Cameron Norrieta against. In both the semifinals and the finals, Djokovic lost the first set, but was nowhere near losing in either match.

Djokovic lost six sets in seven Wimbledon matches. He was put on the tightest Jannik Sinner in the quarterfinals by sneaking into a 2–0 lead in sets.

Kyrgios is the bad guy in tennis. The finale went fairly smoothly, but brisk exorcisms and bat and bottle throwing were still seen. In the third set, the judge Renaud Lichtenstein snapped Kyrgios with a warning about language.
