Catherine is a huge tennis fan and has for several years been the patroness of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, which hosts Wimbledon. Earlier this week she sat in the stands with her husband William to encourage British tennis player Cameron Norrie.
It is not the first time that Catherine has awarded a trophy at the grand slam tournament. In 2019, the Serbian Novak Djokovic received the gold winner’s trophy from Catherine.
