The tug of war over Josha Vagnoman (21) is over. VfB Stuttgart signed the right-back from Hamburger SV and provided him with a contract that runs until 2026. According to “Sky” information, the fee is 3.7 million euros plus bonuses – HSV should also receive a resale share of ten percent.
VfB sports director Sven Mislintat says: “With his profile, he is one of the most interesting players in Germany in this age group. We are convinced that he can play an important role in our game in the short term and at the same time still has a lot of potential for development. The fact that a current German U21 national player has so clearly decided in favor of us shows how positively VfB and our path are perceived. We warmly welcome Josha to Stuttgart and look forward to seeing him in the jersey with the ring on his chest.”
