Good news for everyone who would like to get married in the open air: it is still possible to marry outside the town hall thanks to a change in the law by Minister of Justice Vincent Van Quickenborne (Open Vld). As a result of this amendment, a marriage no longer necessarily has to take place in the town hall. This is confirmed by the cabinet of the minister.
